    Adds a full Windows diagnostic collector for cases where RequestCast responds internally but no browser can reach it. Every normal startup records request-level traffic and automatically creates RequestCast-Diagnostics.zip. The package also includes Collect RequestCast Diagnostics.cmd for an on-demand test. The ZIP captures repeated Python, curl.exe, PowerShell, socket, listener, proxy, Winsock, route, adapter, firewall, antivirus, AppX browser, process, and event-log evidence. It excludes passwords, hashes, salts, API keys, session secrets, cookies, form contents, and Deezer ARL values.
